In 1895, a Baroque-style ballroom was built far out in the Atzgersdorfer suburb. Rediscovered in 2015, it underwent renovation and adorned with replicas of old hams. The notion of an Indian moving into this eccentric venue was unlikely. However, former banker Mukesh Kumar liked the idea of presenting this cuisine in a setting beyond the typical small ethnic eateries. Utensils and glasses are served with white gloves.
